AN EARLY TRIP TO UTAH - 70.3 World Champs

We couldn't do the smoke any more. We hadn't ridden or run outside in 5 days and had only managed to get one swim in. So we booked an extra week of airbnb's and hit the road asap. Bend to St George in a day and half, with workouts along the way. Ironman 70.3 World Championships are in one week and we wanted to give ourselves the best chance possible at having a good race.
