I CANT BELIEVE I DID THIS! | MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH MURAL

I can't describe to you how lucky I felt to take part in this wonderful mural piece for Men's mental health awareness. It was in collaboration with Withington walls x Oskarwitha.k x Mandem meetup. Mandem Meetup is a Manchester-based grassroots charity providing judgment-free peer support to improve men's mental health through community activities. They host weekly talking circles, hikes, football, and workshops designed for men to connect, share, and support each other without pressure or cost. The day was jam packed with happiness and fun as there was a DJ playing great tunes in the sunshine. there was complimentary carribean patties provided by the Palette bakery which went down a storm. All in all, it was such an amazing day and it really opened my eyes and helped me out massively as I too have struggled with my mental health. It was really nice to connect and share stories with one another and it certainly helped myself massively.
