Inveraray's Hector the Hero medley at the 2017 UK championships in Belfast

This is Inveraray and District Pipe Band under Pipe Major Stuart Liddell playing what has become known as its 'Hector the Hero' medley in the Grade One competition at the UK Pipe Band Championships. The championships were held in the grounds of the beautiful Stormont Estate some four miles or so out of the city centre. The tunes in this medley are: William Grey, McPhedran's Strathspey, Puirt à beul (strathspey and reel), The Humours of Tulla, Major David Manson, Hector the Hero, Coppermill Studio, and Rory MacLeod. The band was placed second overall in the Grade One contest.
