Turkish Palace Kebab "Saray Kebabı"

"Saray Kebabı", Palace Kebab is a type of kebab in Turkish cuisine, widely served in restaurants in Turkey. It has a base with meat, green peas, and carrots with a tomato sauce. Topped with a big dollop of rich potato puree. It is perfect for a dinner party or a hearty family dinner.
