This video looks at the early threats to the Weimar Republic and political violence. In particular it considers the background, events and outcomes of both the Spartacist Uprising and Kapp Putsch. This video is designed to support the Pearson/Edexcel GCSE History topic Weimar and Nazi Germany, 1918-1919. However, it will likely be useful for other exam board specifications too.
