China's New EV Just DESTROYED American Car Makers... GAC has officially produced its 30-millionth vehicle — a major milestone for one of China’s fastest-growing global automotive brands. In this video, I travel to Guangzhou to witness the historic roll-off of the GAC M8 PHEV and explore how GAC grew from producing fewer than 10,000 vehicles a year to operating across more than 110 countries and regions worldwide. I also take a closer look at the AION UT, one of GAC’s most successful global electric cars, alongside the AION i60, GAC GS7 and HYPTEC S600. These vehicles show how Chinese car brands are now competing internationally through electric technology, intelligent driving, design, safety and quality. Inside the GAC Trumpchi Factory and AION Lighthouse Factory, we see how robots, skilled workers and advanced digital manufacturing systems are producing the next generation of Chinese vehicles. GAC’s intelligent eco-factory uses more than 40 advanced industrial applications and was recognised as South China’s first zero-carbon factory. But GAC is not only building cars. The company is also developing GOVY flying vehicles and embodied intelligent robots, including the GoMate humanoid robot and GoMate Mini, which is already working inside the Guangzhou Metro.
