Deadly Premonition - The origin of Zach and York
Besides the murders, the narrative of Deadly Premonition focused heavily on the possibility of the main character having a split personality - "Zach" - and the relationship between York and Emily. This scene is the climax of those plot threads. It's also the perfect example of the game's unique narrative flavor of somehow balancing the serious with the absurd. I can't claim Deadly Premonition is a great game but it was an amazing experience playing it. What it lacks in presentation and gameplay it more than makes up for with personality, uniqueness, and charm.
