Young Carers Hustings Event at the Senedd

Young carers talk about and question MSs at this Senedd hustings event They shared their priorities for the future, asked challenging and thoughtful questions to party representatives, and spoke openly about the support they need to thrive in education. A highlight of the day was the unveiling of a collaborative artwork created with Welsh artist Nathan Wyburn. The piece beautifully captures young carers’ hopes, experiences and key calls for change in the run-up to the May 2026 Senedd election.
