Categorization of Fireworks: • Category F1: Small fireworks (e.g., sparklers) may be imported year-round by persons over 12 years of age. • Category F2: New Year's Eve fireworks (e.g., rockets, multi-shot fireworks) may generally be imported year-round by persons over 18 years of age.
