The Cart That Never Stops Moving | Building a Fantasy Merchant Wagon
Welcome to Mosshollow. In this first episode of my Woodland Folk worldbuilding series, I’m building a traveling merchant cart belonging to the Brotherhood, a mysterious alliance of rats, raccoons, and ravens who control the roads between settlements. These carts never truly stop moving. They carry medicine, tools, news, trade goods, and sometimes things that were never meant to be transported at all. This episode focuses on the cart itself, from the wheels and framework to the details that make it feel like a home on the road. In future episodes, we’ll meet the merchant who lives aboard it and Samuel, the giant snail who pulls it across Mosshollow. Subscribe if you’d like to follow the creation of this world one piece at a time. 🦝 Woodland Folk Worldbuilding Series Episode 1: The Cart That Never Stops Moving 🛒 Shop: https://hodgepodgeartstudio.com/shop/ 🎨 Follow Me: Instagram: @hodgepodgeartstudio TikTok: @hodgepodgeartstudio Clay: Super Sculpey Medium & Firm Music: “Long, Dark Fantasy-Style Soundtrack (1702869)” Licensed through Motion Array. #worldbuilding #polymerclay #fantasyart #miniatures #woodlandfolk #sculpture #fantasyworldbuilding
