【障害福祉の会社が本気で考える】かわいいだけじゃだめですか？就労支援の現場から届けるくまくまグッズ商品化計画🐻✨【企画会議】

This is the first installment of our "Kumakuma Goods Product Development Project"! 🐻✨ We've previously created original goods for our clients and employees. Actually, our company has: ・Kumakuma dolls ・Wonder notebooks ・File cases ・Tote bags And many other cute and unique goods. These are precious items filled with the "feelings" of those working in employment support and those receiving disability welfare. But, frankly, it's a waste to only use them internally…! So, this time, we've started a project to "think of new Kumakuma goods that can be sold externally!" 👏 In the first half of the video, we'll introduce our current internal goods and hold an idea-generating meeting using a whiteboard! While our PR-chan has prepared thoroughly beforehand, PR-kun declares, "I'll go with my spontaneous ideas!" (Their personalities really shine through here, lol). Will any good ideas emerge…? 😂 A few weeks later… They're going to present their product ideas using PowerPoint! PR-chan calmly and clearly explains things. On the other hand, PR-kun seems a bit nervous and not suited to presentations...🤣 (They have very different strengths and weaknesses, but they'll do their best by utilizing their respective strengths!) Even so, the candidates were narrowed down to two! Next time, it's finally time for the presentation to President Kumakuma! 🔥 We hope that the "cuteness" and "feelings" born from the fields of employment support and disability welfare will become goods that reach someone's daily life.
