BR-447 is a strategic, short-distance (approximately 4.7 kilometers) federal highway located in the Metropolitan Region of Vitória, Espírito Santo. The project is being carried out by DNIT and represents an investment of over R$ 230 million. The road originates at the intersection of federal highways BR-101 and BR-262 (covering areas of Viana and Cariacica) and extends to the East-West Highway (ES-471) in the city of Vila Velha. The highway was designed to serve as an express corridor for the flow of heavy cargo towards the Port of Capuaba (Vila Velha), optimizing the state's export and import infrastructure. The project faced past delays due to expropriation processes, but has reached the final execution phase (with over 90% of the work completed). The final delivery and full release of the route are scheduled for the end of 2026. In this video, we also fly over the Braspérola District, an open-air commercial and entertainment complex developed as a Retail Park. Located in the vast area where the historic Braspérola textile factory once operated, the shopping center will feature approximately 50 businesses, including anchor stores, services, pet shops, and a gastronomic hub. In terms of entertainment, the highlight is a park with ample green areas and the installation of a Ferris wheel.
