This video discusses the pros and cons of non-metallic sheathed cable commonly referred to a Romex, AC cable (armoured cable) and thin wall conduit. The National Electric Code (NEC) and local building codes exist for a reason so check with your local inspector to insure the method you chose meets local building codes.
