Subaru Natsuki, upon being summoned to the new world of Od Laguna, truly felt happy and fulfilled. He could finally live a life where he wasn't a shadow of his great and incredible father, but rather a hero... but it was all an illusion. To say that Subaru tried to do more good than the entire planet combined is pure understatement. He tried to save people, tried to help them, tried to comfort them, tried to change their minds… he tried everything. He REALLY tried to change things, and his completely broken mind from countless deaths was the greatest proof of that. For months, Subaru did everything he could for them. And it wasn't cheap. He managed to save everyone, so he received something in return, right…? No! He received literally nothing! After the incidents at the sanctuary, Subaru finally admitted to himself how much he missed his old life… his parents. It was on one of those nights that he received a visit from a masked person, who called herself Pandora… the Womb of the Gal. She introduced herself as the woman responsible for training and creating the new “Gal-Sal” of the next generations, who were supposed to help Flugel return from the dead. Subaru thought he would have to fight, but surprisingly, Pandora gave Subaru the chance to become the new Gal-Sal in exchange for being sent back to his original world. Between living with the people who had killed him so many times or returning to his parents who would love him with all his flaws… it was too easy to overthink. He made the choice to return to his world. That night, Subaru Natsuki left, and the entire Kingdom of Lugnica declared him dead or kidnapped. Ironically, weeks later, a legend began about a hooded man who was bringing chaos to the world. Everyone knew him as [Gal-Sal]. No one knew his exact appearance; all that was known about him was that the man covered his eyes, had writings on his body, and carried one of the 10 most powerful swords in the world, [Ereshkigal, the Yng Sword]… created by the God of Death.
