The Closest Thing to A Rocket Ship | KFA Safari | Rotax 916is
Power. The one word that perfectly describes the new KFA Safari powered by a Rotax 916 engine. With climb rates of 2000' per minute at 50kts. Incredible high density altitude performance. And a new wing designed that allows the aircraft to fly below 28kts and above 100kts in cruise. There is very little that I can fault about the new iteration of the Safari. A true utilitarian adventure machine. The only downside I see is the price of the engine and propellor combination. If I had the money, I'd upgrade to one of these tomorrow. Huge thank you to the KFA team for allowing me the opportunity to fly this incredible machine!
