Heat and humidity persist this week, with feels-like temperatures in the 90s to near 100 through Wednesday. Damaging wind gusts are the main threat on Monday after 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. in areas like Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Burlington Mount Airy and Boone.
