VOTING RIGHTS ACTS GUTTED! BLACK CIVIL RIGHTS UNENFORCED! BLACK AMERICA EMERGENCY

On April 29, 2026, six justices did what poll taxes and literacy tests once did. In Louisiana v. Callais, the Supreme Court gutted Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, the crown jewel of the Civil Rights Movement, and handed states a roadmap back to the very vote dilution the Act was written to stop. The trick is simple: a state can now draw a map that erases Black political power and just call it "partisan," not racial. Justice Kagan said it plainly in dissent, the ruling makes Section 2 "all but a dead letter." This is the Shelby County playbook finished. The protection is on the floor. But this channel does not stop at the diagnosis. This is Part 2: the comeback. Rebuilding A Strong Black Nation, Again is the prescription. Ten fixes, point by point, for the wounds we named in Part 1. Put the Lord first. Engage the political process they are trying to lock us out of. Rear strong, honorable, business-minded young men. Free the captives and restore those coming home. Promote marriage, fatherhood, and family. Build and circulate Black economic power. Strengthen literacy. Build fact-based platforms. Connect the young to their heritage and honor the elders. When the courts close a door, a people who own their righteousness and demand their justice build a new one. Mishpat and Tzedek.
