Before unboxing OSAKA, let’s explore the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo together! This is Japan’s first World Expo in 55 years, and my very first time experiencing it in person. It was honestly better than a theme park—not just because of the global food and futuristic tech we all expect, but also because of the architecture, atmosphere, and visual storytelling at every corner. 📍The Japan Pavilion has been on my radar for a while, and seeing it in person was breathtaking. Designed by nendo’s Oki Sato, it features elegant circular wooden structures inspired by nature and the flow of life. The overall aesthetic blends tradition with modern rhythm—powerful and poetic at the same time. If you visit the Expo, don’t miss this pavilion! It’s located near the East Gate, E10-01. I didn’t get to see the France Pavilion this time… but next visit, for sure!
