Dear friends, yesterday we were discharged to palliative care. Radiation therapy was stopped due to a sharp deterioration in Lisa's condition. The doctors were frank about her chances. The tumor turned out to be resistant to radiation. Moreover, it was very large. In fact, there are three tumors, two of which are very large. We are now at home, receiving pain relief and maintaining her normal condition. Lisa was very doubtful about her choice to seek alternative treatment. However, yesterday the doctor said she had made no mistake. In her case, chemotherapy would have most likely yielded the same result. This is not a mistake. This is sarcoma combined with a young body with an active metabolism, which makes it very aggressive. So please stop arguing about this topic; it is clearly not appropriate now.
