In today's video, I am putting the legendary Wella Color Charm T18 Lightest Ash Blonde to the absolute test on my freshly bleached hair, and spoiler alert: the results turned out absolutely amazing! If you are trying to completely eliminate that harsh, raw brassy yellow after bleaching and want to achieve a gorgeous, ultra-ashy blonde, I am walking you through my entire process step-by-step. For this transformation, I mixed the liquid toner with a 20 volume developer using the standard one-to-two ratio and applied it directly to towel-dried hair, watching it work its magic as it turned purple to fight off those warm tones. It completely neutralized the yellow and left me with the perfect, icy ash blonde of my dreams.
