Today, the van pulls up to the spectacular Mars Cheese Castle in Kenosha! 🚐🧀🏰 From the outside, it literally looks like a giant medieval fortress off the highway, but once you step past the front doors, it is a complete paradise for food lovers. I’m taking you along as I walk the massive aisles to show you everything they have to offer—from rows upon rows of famous Wisconsin cheese curds and aged cheddars to local meats, pastries, and unique souvenirs. But you guys know how much I love finding the deeper story behind the places I visit. I was lucky enough to strike up a chat with a wonderful employee on the floor, and then I even got to sit down with the manager to learn all about the origins of this incredible family business! Hearing how a small roadside stand from the 1940s grew into this massive, iconic castle structure is absolutely inspiring.
