The Neewer Flash Z3R Positive and Negative… It depends…
This is a nice flash for those in the Neewer ecosystem - and it has the ability to be triggered by the Godox 2.4 ghz triggers. Be sure to make sure you are purchasing the Z3R vs the Z3 if you want the round magnetic head. On the Nikon system the TTL did ok, but on the Fuji system I had no luck at all with TTL.
