発掘調査会社様ご依頼・クボタU-20の各部ガタを修理します#6 Kubota U-20　Swing bracket wobble repair

今回も、ぼかし興業さんへ修理のご依頼があったクボタU-20のガタ修正です。 ご依頼者様は兵庫県・神戸市の方で発掘調査会社を営まれてるそうでこの機体とは長年共にしてきた相棒なんだそう。 あともう少し一緒に仕事がしたくてどうにかぼかしさんに修理をして欲しいとの事でお引き受けする事に。 分解前にざっと動かし・・・個別に分解しブッシュやピンの摩耗を見ていくんですが・・・年式相応です。 繊細な作業に使用するのでどの辺りまで許容するのか難しい所ではありますが少しずつ解決していきます！ #クボタ#ガタ#油圧ショベル This time, we will fix the swing bracket play of Kubota U-20, which was requested by Bokashi Kogyo for repair. The client runs an excavation research company in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, and this aircraft has been his partner for many years. I also wanted to work with Bokashi a little more, so I decided to accept the request because I wanted Bokashi to do some repairs. Before disassembling it, I briefly moved it... I disassembled it individually and looked at the wear on the bushings and pins... but it was appropriate for the model year. Since it is used for delicate work, it is difficult to know how much it can tolerate, but we will solve it little by little!
