Downeast Maine Wildlife 2021-2025

This compilation highlights all of the species captured by our trail cameras. Video is composed from from our previously published footage. Featured wildlife includes bobcat (including two older kittens), black bear, eastern coyote (aka coywolf, canis), red and gray fox, striped skunk, raccoon, moose, white-tailed deer, porcupine, squirrel (red, gray and flying), river otter, muskrat, mink, long-tailed weasel (including in its ermine coat), snowshoe hare, chipmunk, mouse (white-footed?), a possible shrew, barred owl, pileated woodpecker, woodcock, ruffed grouse, northern (red-shafted) flicker, downy woodpecker, hairy woodpecker, broad-winged hawk, crow, common grackle, blue jay, black-capped chickadee, dark-eyed junco, cardinal, hermit thrush, white-throated sparrow, and wild turkey. N,B. some date/time stamps on the video are inaccurate, especially in the earlier footage where replacing the battery reset the time stamp. Species are identified at least for the first appearance.
