2003 Chevy Driver Seat bottom replacement and updating the interior with 2007-2013 center console

Well I picked up a new to me shop truck. I intend to keep this one unless I find a crew cab 4wd model. This is my 2003 Chevy 2500 extended cab truck. Its got a 6.0 in it. Automatic. 2wd unfortunately. So I had to clean it out and make some repairs so I could get it ready for daily use. ‪@Mikesmoneypitgarage‬ will be helping me with the flexplate and rear main seal and a few repairs under the hood this next weekend but I wanted to get the interior ready for use. When I got this, neither window rolled down, speakers were bad, it was dirty, door panel rattled, no license plate lights, dash does have a crack. Steering wheel is nasty. I will eventually get a new steering wheel, headliner, window tint and cluster repair. Started over the weekend and finished after work. The short list of work done is... New driver seat foam New driver seat fabric OEM window regulator in both doors new rear door speakers new front door speakers new license plate LED lights replaced the missing window crank handle fabric dash cover Upgraded the non folding jump seat to a black GMT900 (2007-2013) folding jump seat and center console. I love this upgrade and it just bolts right on in, zero modifications. Thanks for watching and let me know what you think we should do next to the truck!
