Tommy Bolin, Don Alias and Gene Perla LIVE in NYC.
In 1971 at the ripe old age of 20, Tommy Bolin had become the toast of the hippest, jazz musicians in New York City. Gene Perla was playing with Elvin Jones and Don Elias was playing with Tony Williams, Jeremy Steig and Elvin Jones as well. While in Zephyr, Tommy made a few trips back to New York City to do live gigs with various combinations of these amazing jazz musicians. This is a set he did with Gene and Don in 1971.
