How To Make A Leather Belt By Hand- Leatherworking

For a long time, I wanted to show how to make a simple leather belt by hand. But I also wanted to make it special. Unlike the ones that are not stitched on the sides and have an original tip shape, I decided to go with an easy tutorial, but make the belt unique by adding the hand stitching of colored thread. In this build along video, I used 3.8mm/9-10 oz thick premium black leather and a40mm nickel buckle. This is a really simple way to make a DIY leather belt, and you don't even need to add the stitching on the sides if you don't want to.
