Intumescent Paint for exposed Steels and Lateral Wall Straps

Update On The Extension: We didn't realise that if we are to expose the steels as per our design we would have to coat them with an intumescent paint! What is that? Thermoguard Thermocoat WI is a water-based intumescent paint system providing fire resistance to structural steel and cast iron. Another of our challenges was where to put the lateral Straps (holds the roof to the wall) I'M LEARNING SO MUCH!!
