Ingredients: • 1-1.2 kg beef ribs • 4-5 onions • 50 g vegetable oil • Ground coriander to taste • Salt and pepper to taste • 3 cloves garlic • 3-4 red peppers (optional) Directions: 1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or cauldron, then fry the ribs on all sides. 2. While the meat is frying, chop the onion. 3. Once the ribs are well browned on all sides, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate. In the same pan and oil, fry a third of the chopped onion. Fry the onion until reddish. 4. Next, add finely chopped garlic, stir, and return the meat to the pan. Stir again and fry for a couple of minutes. 5. Add the remaining onion and ground coriander to the pan. Stir. Add the red pepper flakes. Cover and simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours.
