7回目は前回に続き、鉄(Ⅱ)イオンが4配位より6配位を好む理由を結晶場安定化エネルギーより考察しました。結晶場理論は万能ではありませんが、錯イオンに対する強力な示唆を与えます。結晶場理論の具体的な活用法の一例をあげました。
