Cleaning PCV System Air Oil Separator - 2001 Ford Focus According to the Haynes manual, the PCV system filter, air-oil separator should be cleaned every 60000km. I started having oil leak out of my intake pipes, before the intercooler. I have checked the turbo for excessive wear/play but it's ok. I was that the PCV system was pushing out a lot of oil vapor so this was the go to solution.
