Pet dough yeast dough 300 g Green asparagus-200-250 g Bacon-6-10 slices Eggs - 2 pieces Cheese - 100 g Mozzarella cheese-100 g Sahn - 180 ml Tomatoes - 200 g Salt - to taste Black pepper, freshly ground - to taste Plant oil - 1 teaspoon We put the leaf and yeast dough in a baking pan. The shape is round for me, so I cut off the excess dough with a knife. Then we sting the dough several times with a fork. As a filling, I use fresh asparagus, which I washed and cut into small pieces, Cherry tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese. I wrapped a few entire asparagus rods with bacon and put on the top to optically upgrade the dish. For the filling we take 180 ml of cream, 2 eggs, 100 g grated cheese and spices to taste. Mix everything well. We bake the whole thing in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes until it is nice and golden brown-then switch off the oven. Let it cool briefly, cut into pieces and enjoy!
