I had thought that when the Gajayana finally received its New Generation upgrade, its old fleet would be transferred to replace the New Image trains on the Brawijaya. However, reality turned out to be different. But this time, I noticed an anomaly in the Brawijaya train. On July 8th, I decided to try riding the Brawijaya again, albeit only on the Jakarta-Semarang route, taking a seat in Executive Class 8. Unexpectedly, I ended up using the Generation 1 Stainless Steel train. Yes, only Executive Class 8, while Executive Classes 1 through 7 still use the New Image trains, as is typical for Brawijaya.
