Tips for loading your packraft on a hunt
On our recent elk hunt, we break down how we load our packrafts to access key equipment for safe rafting and gear for the hunt. We share tips for archery and rifle hunt packing. On this trip, we hunt for the morning and then pack up our camp and move downriver to the next camp and hunting location. Most packrafts have a large zipper that allows for access inside the tubes. Camping gear and other non-essential equipment can be stored inside the raft before inflating. By packing gear inside the tubes you keep gear dry and reduce the amount of gear that needs to be strapped down on the deck of the raft. Thanks to @adamfoss1023 for providing the archery perspective. Thanks to @AlpackaRaft for the quality rafts for our expeditions.
