HANOI HIGHWAY | NIGHT STROLL ON THE MAIN ARTERY OF THE EASTERN DISTRICT | Vietnam Highway The Hanoi Highway is a 15.7 km long main artery connecting the eastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City with Bien Hoa City. The section from Saigon Bridge to Thu Duc intersection has been renamed Vo Nguyen Giap Road. This road is currently being expanded to 12-16 lanes to alleviate traffic congestion.
