I'm tasked by an orc with bringing him stew, but from that point on, things start to go very strangely. Eventually, I end up back at the Old Camp, somehow managing to exterminate the entire camp, complete a few more quests, and finally even reach the temple in the orc enclave. The further I get into this episode, the more I feel like I shouldn't have gotten to these places so quickly and that I've probably missed a significant chunk of the plot.
