He lives completely off-grid with no dependency on the government’s electricity supply. His life is minimal, intentional, and centered on essential needs—there’s no television, no washing machine, and no unnecessary appliances. 💧 Water Independence: Pradeep has taken self-sufficiency a step further by harvesting over 1 lakh liters of rainwater through smart and cost-effective techniques. He built ferro-cement water storage tanks, which cost him just ₹4.5 per liter—significantly cheaper than conventional water tanks. These tanks come with an in-built filtering system to ensure clean water for all household purposes—from drinking and cooking to bathing. To draw water, he uses small AC pumps powered by solar energy, making his entire water system fully independent. Pradeep's family uses no external water connections and no municipal supply.
