How To Build A Custom Hot Rod Dash - 1930 Ford Model A Roadster

In the last episode Matt showed us in depth his creative process for building a dash from scratch, Today he is going to take us through the steps of actually building one. While the dash may look simplistic and easy to make, the hard part is keeping everything straight. When tipping the flanges the metal needs a place to go which creates unwanted bends and waves. Matt eliminates those issues by using the Eastwood HD Shrinker to help relax the panel. The dash looks very similar to the 1930s Chrysler dash that it was modeled over and fits the car beautifully.
