It's all aboiut lick vocabulary and chord tones on The Rock Doctor Channel !!! You can use a handful of licks to cover lots of ground ... and never sound like a beginner again !!! Check it out .... Once you get those licks in your head , where you can hear them or sing them .... and you stop thinking about what your hands are doing .... music comes out !! It takes time .... but once you fully understand that your licks are tied directly to the chords you're jamming over , you're on your way !! Most licks last for two measures , or eight beats .... and they follow the chords underneath , which also last for two measures .... all my videos explain this in simple terms .
