Thirteen year old Larryn Watkins remains in the hospital at last check, after he nearly drowned in the pool at Waterfront Elementary on Tuesday. The father of that boy reached out to 7 Eyewitness News to take the video of that incident to the district for an answer. He believes the response was not fast enough. But what about the professionals?
