After years of political push and pull and zoning rewrites, Nolensville TN is set to get a new downtown which will be known as the Nolensville Town Square. The Nolensville Town Square will be a vibrant 25 acre mixed-used downtown featuring commercial/retail and residential spaces, and will be located off Nolensville Rd just south of the Rocky Fork /Clovercroft interchange. Thanks to Nolensville's new zoning ordinance, the developing partners, Rochford Construction and Land Innovations, were able to design something unique that they couldn't build anywhere else in Middle TN. This means 404 new residential units, over 1500 new residents, over 70,000 sq ft of commercial space, and 9 acres of public green space which includes parks, pocket parks, a dog park, splash pad, and greenways/trails. The Nolensville Town Square will also bring greater density and new building types not currently available in Nolensville, including 1 bedroom and studio apartments all the way up to luxury townhomes. The project is slated to break ground Spring of 2024 and is estimated to take 7-10 years to complete.
