Hey everyone, how's it going? Dinho Oliveira here. Welcome to Lesson 33 of our project! In this lesson, we'll focus on the technical organization of our drawing sheet: editing and correctly filling in the title block and the area schedule. Oh, and stay tuned because soon we'll be recreating this entire project from scratch in a new complete Revit course here on the Texturizando and Eng.DinhoOliveira channels. In this tutorial, I'll show you how to organize the essential information required by city halls for approval, such as Residential Zone (e.g., ZR-2), Macrozone, sheet numbering, owner and technical manager data (with tips on using CREA/CAU). In addition, I'll teach a practical trick to scale your area plan back to its original proportion, allowing you to use the Area (AA) command to accurately extract the standard lot area, the built ground floor area, and the permeable grass area.
