Jouef HO Scale Class 21/29 : Repair Request

I got sent this old Jouef (or maybe Playcraft) Class 21/29 loco by Ken Clark who is the editor of "Satellite" the magazine of the British 1:87 Scale Modelling Society. http://www.british-ho.com/ He watched my video where I repaired a similar model that was sent to me by Toby a while back and asked if I would look at this one of his and if he could do an article in the journal about it.
