100 Minute Fix: Toyland Was Not The Only Crime!

Last episode, I fixed my own past mistakes, but today we are taking on our very first viewer submission. Kurt and his friends spent 70 in-game years building this OpenTTD network in the notorious Toyland climate. I have exactly 100 minutes on the clock to explore their layouts, improve what isn't working, and discover what we can learn together before the timer runs out. But as we quickly discover, choosing Toyland was definitely not their only crime!
