In this episode of More Than An Athlete, I spent time with the LSU gymnasts to see what their world is really like—from intense training sessions to the personalities that make this team special. Gymnastics is a huge part of their identity, but it doesn’t define them completely. Behind the sparkly leotards and big performances is a level of dedication, pressure, and hard work that most people never see.
