1969 Magnum-Donzi 303 Brief History - Triple 1250BP Mercury
This video is a brief history of what we know of the Magnum-Donzi 303 race boat that was purchased by our family in 1971 from Mercury. It was raced in 1968 and possibly more years by the factory team at Kiekhaefer Mercury. This boat comes from the Don Aronow lineage of race boats from that era. The boat is powered by 3 1250BP Mercury engines putting out approximately 140HP each. This video also tells of how our family came to acquire it and what the history of the boat was after it was purchased from Mercury in 1971 or 1972, what the restoration process was, and what the future plans for the boat are. #mercuryracing #vintageoffshore #donzi #classicboat #boating #mercuryoutboards #raceboats #boatracing #mercurymarine #2stroke #towerofpower
