What happens when an amateur boxer steps into the world of an undefeated professional boxer’s training routine? In this video, I take on the full high-intensity training session of undefeated pro boxer Cillian Mills — and let’s just say… there was very little mercy involved. As a 3x British Muay Thai Champion, I’ve been through brutal fight camps, intense sparring, strength and conditioning sessions, and elite-level combat sports training. But professional boxing training is a different level. From explosive pad work and nonstop heavy bag rounds to conditioning circuits, endurance drills, and relentless cardio, this session pushed me to my absolute limits. This wasn’t a modified workout. This was a real professional boxer’s training routine — the same level of intensity used to stay undefeated. This challenge tested my mental toughness, stamina, discipline, and heart. As an amateur boxer coming from a Muay Thai background, I wanted to see if I could hang with a true professional’s boxing training schedule. Could I survive a pro boxer’s workout?
