Hey guys so I thought I’d make this video reflecting on one of my first tournaments. These were the kind of videos I watched when I was debating starting Jiu Jitsu and hopefully this video could encourage someone else to do the same! Also it’s a good way for me to analyse and make improvements on my own performance.
