Can older guys gain ball speed using www.superspeedgolf.co.uk speed sticks? Like me are you not getting any younger and you’re starting to see your distance drop off? I’m pushing 50 now (48 to be exact) and want the try speed training again, but not convinced its the right thing for me. I’ve tried it before and made gains, but also got some negative impact on other parts on my game - mainly my rhythm and specifically my irons.
