My wife and I headed to Missouri's beautiful Current River for a day of fly fishing, and it turned into one of our favorite trips yet. Not only did we catch a bunch of wild trout, but I also landed my *first-ever brown trout!* It was a fish I've been hoping to catch for a long time, so finally checking it off the list made the day even more memorable. The Current River is one of Missouri's most popular trout fishing destinations, and this trip reminded us why.
